• Monthly Subscription: $150 per month

Includes all visits with our Nurse Practitioner, in-house basic bloodwork panels, and essential medications.

• For Men: Covers testosterone and any necessary estrogen blockers.

• For Women: Covers testosterone, progesterone, and pregnenolone as needed.

 

Guidance on additional vitamins, supplements, and peptides is also available based on your results.
